ATCO Structures & Logistics, part of the global ATCO Group, has delivered modular building solutions across Australia and internationally for over 75 years. As our project pipeline continues to grow, we are expanding our Major Projects team and are seeking an experienced Document Controller to support the accurate management and control of project documentation across active projects.

Based at our Hope Valley facility, this role supports our Major Projects and Operations teams, ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and easily accessible across fast-paced, large‑scale builds.

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage document control systems across platforms including SharePoint, Aconex, Oracle, InEight, Procore, Dropbox and TeamBinder.
Maintain document registers, RFIs and electronic document workflows.
Ensure accurate storage, version control and accessibility of all project documentation.
Support project teams with document processes, compliance and system usage.
Coordinate document distribution across internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure documentation meets project standards, compliance requirements and deadlines.
Maintain structured filing systems and support audit readiness.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in document control within construction, mining or similar industries.
Strong capability across multiple document management systems and platforms.
Experience with systems such as SharePoint, Aconex, Oracle, InEight, Procore, Dropbox or TeamBinder.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
Located within 30 minutes of the Hope Valley facility.
Highly Regarded
Experience across mining and construction sectors.
Exposure to large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.
Familiarity with compliance-driven environments.
