Job Description
Key Contributions:
● Run high-volume outbound outreach (cold emails, LinkedIn, calls)
● Identify and research ICP, buyer personas, and target accounts
● Book qualified discovery meetings for the sales team
● Personalize outreach with strong value propositions
● Manage and update CRM hygiene (HubSpot)
● Follow up consistently to nurture cold/warm leads
● Collaborate with marketing on campaign execution
● Handle inbound leads qualification (if applicable)
What Makes You a Great Fit
● 0–3 years in B2B / SaaS / international sales / outbound
● Strong Spoken & written English (Global communication level)
● Experience with cold email + LinkedIn outreach
● Experience with GTM tools
● Basic understanding of sales funnel & GTM motion
● Comfortable with global time zones
● Highly organized and process-driven
Good to Have
● Exposure to US/EU markets
● Tools: Apollo, Lemlist, Outreach, Sales Navigator
● Prior SDR/BDR experience in a startup
