Fitch Ratings is seeking a knowledgeable Senior Director for its Corporates Rating group, particularly within the Energy sector. This role combines a focus on corporate debt evaluation with management responsibilities over 2-3 analysts. Candidates are expected to showcase strong financial analysis capabilities and experience in both investment grade and speculative-grade credit markets.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee credit analysis of 15-20 energy-related companies • Share Fitch’s credit insights at conferences and industry meetings • Act as a key contact for external stakeholders in the ratings process • Contribute to evaluations across Corporates credit sectors • Enhance collaborative spirit within the Energy team

Requirements: • At least 10 years of experience in credit analysis • Proven understanding of capital markets and the energy sector • Exceptional oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability in managing and mentoring teams • Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or CFA is preferred
