Advance your technical support skills as a Bilingual Service Desk Analyst. This position focuses on incident management and troubleshooting in a fast-paced IT environment.
You will utilize your bilingual abilities to assist users effectively while addressing PC, laptop, and network issues. Collaborating with a dedicated team, you'll also document procedures and provide user education on efficient system usage, all while accommodating varied shifts.
Key Responsibilities: • Handle incident logging and tracking effectively • Identify and resolve PC, mobile, and printer issues • Assist with basic network security and access problems • Provide user education to enhance application effectiveness • Document and maintain comprehensive Service Desk procedures
Requirements: • Fluency in French is required • Diploma in IT or relevant field preferred • At least two years of customer service experience • Familiarity with ticketing management systems • Strong communication and time management skills
