Are you a customer service pro with a passion for e-commerce and excellent English? Join our growing team in Surakarta as an English-Speaking Customer Service Agent!You'll be the primary point of contact for our UK market customers, handling their inquiries, orders, and issues via live chat. If you have at least 1 year of related experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality customer support via live chat for our UK e-commerce customers.Respond to inquiries about products, orders, shipping, and returns.Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a friendly and helpful experience.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent English proficiency (minimum B2 level), both written and verbal, with an understanding of UK English nuances.At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within e-commerce or a live chat environment.Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Comfortable working on a rotational 24/7 shift schedule (including nights, weekends, and public holidays) to cover UK business hours.Willingness to work 5 days a week.Based in or willing to relocate to Surakarta.
