About the roleJoin our high-performing team as an English Customer Service representative at PT Concentrix Services Indonesia, a leading provider of customer experience solutions. In this full-time position based in Surakarta, Central Java, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional service to our global clientele. With a focus on resolving customer inquiries and concerns, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. What you'll be doingHandle inbound customer chats or emails with patience, empathy and professionalismProvide accurate and timely information to address customer queries and concernsIdentify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for efficient resolutionMaintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as neededContribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes and proceduresActively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills What we're looking forExcellent command of the English language, both written and verbal (minimum B2)Minimum education High School Graduate and abovePrior experience in a customer service or call center environmentStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiriesExceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customersAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing prioritiesAbility to work in Hours and Days ShiftingWilling to work on site in Surakarta
