About the Role
Aivar Innovations is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition and strategic revenue growth across India. This is a hunting-first role — you will own your pipeline from prospecting to close, build C-suite relationships across enterprise accounts, and represent Aivar's AI, cloud, and data services in a market that is actively looking for what we build. You will also manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, driving renewals, upsell, and cross-sell in partnership with delivery and solution teams.
This is an industry-agnostic role spanning BFSI, manufacturing, retail, life sciences, and technology sectors. Location: Mumbai or Delhi (with travel across India) Experience: 8–15 years
Responsibilities
- Own new logo acquisition — build pipeline independently through outreach, network, and AWS co-sell motions; do not wait for inbound.
- Manage a portfolio of named enterprise accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all commercial and relationship matters.
- Engage CXOs, CTOs, CDOs, and senior business leaders directly — build and maintain executive-level relationships that sustain and grow revenue.
- Develop deep account plans, revenue forecasts, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), aligning internal delivery and solution teams to agreed outcomes.
- Work closely with AWS and other strategic partner teams on joint opportunities and co-sell motions across the India market.
- Drive contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions — own the full deal lifecycle.
- Coordinate with solution architects, delivery, and marketing to ensure high-quality service delivery and proactive issue resolution.
- Track and report key account metrics (revenue, pipeline, NPS/CSAT, risks) and present updates to sales leadership regularly.
Qualifications
- 7 –15 years of enterprise sales, account management, or client partner experience in IT Services, Cloud, AI/ML Services, AI SaaS, or technology consulting.
- Demonstrated track record of hunting — breaking into new enterprise accounts and owning the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
- Direct experience selling to large enterprise customers in India across one or more priority industries (BFSI, manufacturing, retail, life sciences, or technology).
- Experience selling cloud, AI, data/analytics, or digital transformation solutions — AWS ecosystem exposure is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to engage and influence CXO and senior executive stakeholders independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently across India for customer meetings, QBRs, and partner events.

- Strong executive presence — comfortable leading conversations with CEOs, CTOs, CDOs, and procurement leaders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to translate AI and cloud solutions into clear business value.
- Solid commercial acumen — pipeline management, forecasting, pricing, and contract negotiation.
- High ownership and structured problem-solving — able to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Startup readiness — comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where processes are still being built.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and reporting (Salesforce / HubSpot, Excel / Sheets, dashboards).
