Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and market-savvy Enterprise Sales Lead to build and scale Protectt.ai’s presence across the BFSI, Fintech ecosystem. This role is focused on driving adoption of Protectt.ai’s security offerings among lending institutions, insurers, and allied financial players operating in highly regulated, data-sensitive environments. The role requires a strong understanding of the mobile app and AI security landscape, including BFSI, Fintech ecosystems, along with the ability to translate regulatory, risk, and security requirements into compelling value propositions aligned with Protectt.ai’s product portfolio.
The ideal candidate brings deep industry relationships, strong awareness of relevant regulatory frameworks (RBI, IRDAI), and the credibility to engage CXO- and business-head-level stakeholders. This is a target-driven, high-impact role responsible for revenue growth, strategic account development, and partnership-led expansion within mobile app and AI security segments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market & Segment Understanding
• Build a strong understanding of the mobile app and AI security, BFSI, fintech landscape, including digital lending, underwriting, distribution, and risk models.
• Track relevant RBI and IRDAI regulatory developments and map them to Protectt.ai’s security offerings.
2. Stakeholder Identification & Engagement
•Identify and engage key decision-makers across mobile app and AI security, BFSI, fintech firms - CISOs, CTOs, CROs, Heads of Digital, Risk, and Operations.
•Develop trusted relationships with senior leadership and ecosystem partners.
3. Solution Positioning & Value Mapping
•Position Protectt.ai’s solutions in the context of compliance, risk mitigation, and digital trust.
•Align customer needs with Protectt.ai’s product capabilities and articulate clear business and regulatory value.
4. Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
• Build a strong pipeline through industry connects, mobile app and AI security, BFSI, fintech forums, events, and partner channels.
• Identify high-potential accounts and drive targeted demand-generation efforts.
5. Sales Execution & Target Delivery
• Own and deliver revenue targets for the mobile app and AI security segments.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles including qualification, solution pitching, PoCs, negotiation, and closure.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with Product, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success to craft segment-specific narratives and customer journeys.
• Provide structured market insights to influence product roadmap and customer outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
• 8-12 years of experience in mobile app and AI security, BFSI, FinTech or enterprise technology sales roles.
• Strong relationships across BFSI, FinTech.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks, including RBI, IRDAI, and relevant industry bodies and associations.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving revenue targets and building sales pipelines from the ground up.
• Ability to effectively engage with senior business leaders as well as technology and operations stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
