What You Will Experience:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow company's export sales in your designated region, especially for Far East Asia regions (China, Taiwan, Korea, etc.)Manage a team of sales representatives and support staff to achieve ambitious revenue targetsBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and distribution partnersMonitor market trends and competitor activity, and adapt sales plans accordinglyCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless customer serviceProvide regular performance reports and sales forecasts to senior leadershipIdentify new business opportunities and proactively pitch company's products and services
What is Required:Substantial experience (10+ years) in an export sales leadership role, preferably within the paper/pulp industryProven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets and growing market share in international marketsExcellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functionsStrong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities to identify new opportunities and adapt to market changesFluency in English and Mandarin is a mustWillingness to travel regularly to key markets within your regions
