Role Description

HAROGIC Technologies is seeking a Senior Field Application Engineer (FAE) to lead our technical expansion across the APAC region. This "technical champion" role bridges the gap between our high-performance USB Real-Time Spectrum Analyzers and complex customer solutions in Defense, and Spectrum Monitoring.

Qualifications

Expertise in Field Applications and Technical Support with 3 to 5 years of experience Strong understanding of Sales processes and customer engagement to collaborate on tailored technical solution implementations and address technical inquiries effectively.Develop customized use cases. Write Python/C++ scripts for API control and automated signal analysis.Proficiency in working with test and measurement instruments with good knowledge on Spectrum Analyzer, Vector Signal Generator, and Vector Network Analyzer is a plus.Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to work in a dynamic, hybrid environment in Singapore and support technical issues from regional distributors and partners.Author White Papers, Technical Papers, and Application Notes to establish HAROGIC branding and towards a forerunner in RF innovation.Ability to travel within the APAC region up to 50%Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
