Job Description
Responsibilities Act as key contact point to Singapore Volume Onsite Calibration (VOSCal) customer.Analyse customer concerns & technical requirements, communicate to Keysight delivery team and develop streamline project / process to retain / improve customer satisfactory.Conduct closing meeting to all Singapore VOSCal Customer after end of every onsite to ensure metrics are met accordingly and get feedback from customer. Workout on the follow up actions.Manage record retention for Singapore VOSCal operations and support auditDeal directly with customer requests and inquiries, ensures customer satisfactionPrepare quotations for VOSCal customers in Singapore, Vietnam and ThailandPrepare equipment resources for Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia & Thailand and scheduling for service deliveryArrange equipment and man power resources to carry out onsite calibration jobsCarry out onsite calibration jobs at the customer sites for Keysight and multi-vendor productsTroubleshoot measurement problems and provide technical feedbacks to customersAssist in maintaining the calibration team’s accreditation through participation in proficiency testing, quality measure assurance programs, and applicable trainingEstablish and maintain close communication with customers to ensure we capture and meet customer expectationEnsure calibration services comply with ISO/IEC 17025 requirementsSetup new calibration capability for Keysight and multi-vendor productsServe as an internal resource on technical issues supportDeliver other assignments as provided Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Applied Physics and a broad knowledge of the measurement scienceTypically 3-5 years relevant experience in Test and Measurement instruments for entry to this levelExperience in DC & low frequency and RF & microwave metrologyAdvantage with having knowledge of quality standards for ISO 9001, ANSI/NCSL Z540-3, and ISO/IEC 17025Must be able to work with minimal supervision and interface effectively with team members and customersDemonstrate good customer engagement, interpersonal and communication skillsMust be flexible and capable to work in a changing priorities environmentMust be flexible to travel
