About the Role

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive who can take ownership of the company's accounting operations while helping us build scalable systems and processes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, improving processes, creating SOPs and leveraging technology to make finance operations more efficient.

Responsibilities

• Manage books of accounts and day-to-day accounting activities.
• Handle purchase records, sales records and financial documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage bulk payments.
• Coordinate GST-related records and compliance.
• Prepare MIS reports, budgets and financial summaries.
• Create SOPs and improve finance processes.
• Use technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Must-Have Requirements

• Experience with Zoho Books and other Zoho products.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience managing company-wide accounting functions.
• Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Ability to create clear SOPs and process documentation.
• Based in Mumbai and able to commute to Andheri West.

Nice to Have

• Startup experience.
• Experience in vehicle leasing, rental, logistics or 3PL businesses.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
