We're not hiring someone to simply distribute press releases.

We're looking for someone who can help build Webenor's Public Relations vertical from the ground up by managing client communications, media outreach, reputation building, thought leadership campaigns, and strategic PR initiatives.

What You'll Do

You'll own the complete PR lifecycle for multiple clients while contributing to the growth of Webenor's PR vertical.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop PR strategies aligned with client business goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, media houses, and publication partners.
• Prepare media pitches, press releases, founder stories, and thought leadership content.
• Secure meaningful media coverage across digital and traditional publications.
• Coordinate interviews, podcasts, speaking opportunities, and industry features.
• Manage client communication and expectations.
• Track media coverage and prepare monthly PR performance reports.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, SEO, and Content teams.
• Identify PR opportunities within Webenor's existing client base.
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for prospective PR clients.
• Document processes and help establish scalable PR workflows and SOPs.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Public Relations experience.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong media outreach and relationship-building skills.
• Experience writing press releases and media pitches.
• Ability to manage client expectations professionally.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a lean team.
