Full Stack Engineer

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting internal applications that are critical to daily business operations. The role requires both development capabilities and a strong sense of ownership in maintaining system stability and performance.

Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade applications across frontend and backendBuild and maintain scalable, secure RESTful APIs and system integrationsProvide production support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolutionWork closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutionsEnsure application performance, reliability, and compliance with internal standardsParticipate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processesCollaborate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner

Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline3–7 years of experience in full stack development within enterprise environmentsStrong frontend experience with React, JavaScript, or TypeScriptBackend development experience with Java or KotlinExperience working with REST APIs, microservices, and relational databasesExposure to cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and modern deployment practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in handling production issuesAbility to work in structured, high-accountability environments

Nice to HaveExperience supporting financial services or investment-related systemsFamiliarity with security, governance, or compliance-driven environmentsExposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
