Full Stack Engineer - Pega

Responsibilities:Analyse the customer’s needs, scope the problem and develop business case to address the problemDocument requirements, source and evaluate alternatives, and recommend solution that best fits the customer’s needsWork with customer and app vendor on the solutions and design to seek clarification and acceptance.Design, develop and deliver working software applications to customersImprove software quality using XP practices such as code review and unit testingPrepare architectural and other technical documentsAssist BA on user stories elaborationAssist QA on test automation and bug fixesAssist DevOps on build and release automationWork with customer users to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new solutionAssess business needs for service requests and the impact of enhancements to the systemAssess problem resolution approach and implement effective service recovery of ICT incidents and establish systems and processes to prevent recurrence of the same incidentUnderstand the IT management policy, quality management policy and security guidelines to ensure the development processes, procedures and system are designed to comply with these policies and guidelines Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.At least 4 years in full stack development with preference in Pega application platform experience.Hands-on experience in at least 1 full project development life cycles in PegaExperience in front end technologies such as Angular and backend technologies such as Java, Python, Node.jsExperience with version control systems such as GitExperience in one or more of the following processes and infrastructure knowledge: - Agile processes/practicesContinuous integration/continuous deploymentCloud/PaaS platforms, such as AWS/GCPServerless FrameworkDocker/container technologyExperience with low code development and wireframing tools such as FigmaFamiliar with Unit TestingExtensive experience in defining UAT test scenarios and facilitate SIT and UAT tests, ability to define system interface specifications.Extensive experience in requirement/workshop facilitations and documentation of user requirement into Agile user stories, acceptance criteria.Self-driven and independentGood communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Beyondsoft International (Singapore) Pte.
