We're looking for a Group Head – Copy who sees every brief as an opportunity to create something unexpected.
You'll uncover fresh ways into a problem, transform strategic insight into emotionally compelling storytelling, and lead integrated campaigns that people don't just see—they remember, share and talk about.
As a creative leader, you'll own projects from concept to execution, mentor and inspire a talented team, partner closely with strategy, design and clients, and continually raise the creative bar across every piece of work that leaves the agency.
What you will build and Lead
Develop powerful campaign platforms rooted in sharp strategic thinking and cultural relevance.
Craft compelling copy across integrated campaigns spanning digital, social, film, experiential, content and brand communications.
Lead creative development from brief to final execution while maintaining the highest standards of craft.
Inspire, mentor and elevate a team of copywriters through constructive feedback and hands-on creative leadership.
Partner closely with Art Directors, Designers, Strategists, Account Management and Production teams to deliver integrated ideas.
Present ideas with confidence, build strong client relationships and champion creative excellence throughout the process.
Think beyond campaign deliverables by identifying proactive opportunities, reactive moments, cultural conversations and earned media potential.
Continuously challenge conventions and push for work that creates measurable business impact while building iconic brands.

Qualifications
8–10+ years of experience in copywriting within leading advertising, digital or integrated agencies.
Proven experience leading integrated campaigns for national or global brands.
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, storytelling and creative excellence across multiple channels.
Experience managing and mentoring creative teams while collaborating across strategy, design and client leadership.
