Role
We are hiring an experienced, hands-on Demand Generation & Growth Marketer whose core mandate is market and competitive intelligence: understanding the healthcare-software market deeply through public sources, spotting buying intent early, and converting that intelligence into a steady pipeline of qualified hospital leads for our sales team.
This is an operator role, not a coordinator role. You will build and run the systems yourself — trackers, listening setups, dashboards, and reports — and present your insights directly to the Founder every week.
What You will do
• Competitive & market intelligence: Build and maintain a structured market and competitive intelligence program to identify trends, positioning, campaigns, and opportunities across the healthcare technology market.
• Social listening & intent capture: Monitor digital conversations and industry trends to identify market opportunities and support the sales team with qualified insights. to identify hospitals and decision-makers publicly researching hospital software — and route qualified signals to sales within 24 hours.
• AI search visibility (GEO/AEO): Improve Presco's visibility across modern search experiences, AI-powered search, and organic search through content, technical optimization, and digital brand presence. — Manage Presco's presence across relevant software review platforms and online communities.
• Visitor identification: Analyze website traffic and visitor behavior to identify growth opportunities and improve lead generation.
• SEO & content: Own classic SEO for commercial keywords — content, on-page, and technical
— measured through Search Console and GA4.
• Marketing automation (compliant): Build scalable marketing workflows that improve research, reporting, and lead generation while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.
• CRM & lead handoff: Hand off every lead through CRM with full context — source, intent signal, hospital size, decision-maker — with UTM discipline and a quality feedback loop with sales.

You do not need every tool on this list, but you must have hands-on depth in most categories — and be able to demonstrate it live.
• Social listening: Brand24, Mention, Brandwatch, Google Alerts, F5Bot (Reddit/Quora monitoring)
• Ad & market research: Meta Ad Library, LinkedIn Ad Library, Similarweb, SparkToro
• Research automation: Apify, PhantomBuster, Clay, Apollo — with sound judgement on platform ToS and data-protection compliance
• LinkedIn ecosystem: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• GEO/AEO tracking: Otterly.AI, Peec AI, Profound; review platforms G2, Capterra, SoftwareSuggest, Techjockey
• Visitor identification: Leadfeeder, Factors.ai, Snitcher (or similar, e.g. RB2B)
• SEO & analytics: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog
• CRM & attribution: HubSpot, Zoho, or similar; clean UTM structures
- AI & workflow tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini for research and reporting agents; Zapier, Make, or n8n for workflow automation; Airtable/Notion for trackers; Looker Studio for dashboards
What Experience Looks Like For This Role
• 3–5+ years of hands-on B2B demand generation, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or technology.
• You have personally built competitive-intelligence or market-monitoring systems and produced regular insight reports from them.
• You have run social listening / keyword-alert systems that generated real, closed-won leads.
• You have measurably improved a brand's visibility in AI answers (GEO/AEO) or ranked commercial keywords on page 1.
• You have used visitor-identification tools and can tell a visitor-to-deal story.
• You speak in numbers: leads per month, cost per lead, marketing-to-SQL conversion — and can explain how you achieved them.
• You know exactly where the legal and ethical line sits on data collection: platform terms of service and the India DPDP Act. We only do compliant, hospital-level (organization-level) outreach.
• You are a confident, structured communicator who can present a plan as a story.

Experience
2–4 years of hands-on experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, or B2B SaaS Marketing.
Compensation
₹10–15 LPA (CTC), based on experience, skills, and demonstrated impact.
