Health Care Executive – Oncology

Pfizer is hiring for its Oncology team and is seeking an experienced Health Care Executive to support Medical Oncology & Hematology brands in Delhi / NCR.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong scientific knowledge and hands‑on experience in oncology field sales, who are focused on building credible, long‑term partnerships with healthcare professionals.

Location: Delhi / NCR

Experience: 3–14 years (Oncology field sales experience or superspeciality mandatory)

Role: Individual Contributor

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists and hematologists
• Conduct impactful scientific and clinical discussions
• Support evidence‑based treatment decisions with relevant clinical insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences
• 5–14 years of pharmaceutical field sales experience
• Mandatory experience in Oncology / Medical Oncology / Hematology / Superspeciality
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
