Job Description
Oversee the compliance framework and ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements within the property and real estate industry.Experience in IPO readiness is very important.CS & Legal has to come with strong listed background.Provide expert legal advice on corporate matters, contracts, and risk management.Manage corporate secretarial functions, including board meetings, resolutions, and statutory filings.Develop and implement policies to ensure effective corporate governance practices.Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate legal and compliance risks.Act as the key liaison with regulatory bodies and external legal advisors.Support the business in strategic initiatives by providing legal and compliance expertise.Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all legal and compliance matters.The Successful Applicant
A successful Group Chief Compliance Officer, CS & General Counsel should have:
A professional qualification in law and company secretaryship.Strong LISTED expertise in compliance and corporate governance within the property and real estate industry or any allied industries.Proven ability to handle legal and regulatory matters effectively.Experience in managing corporate secretarial functions and board-level engagements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders
