Role: Vice President, Investor Relations

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Investor Relations function.
- Develop and execute an effective investor relations strategy.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate quarterly earnings releases, conference calls, and investor presentations.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on investor sentiment and market trends.
- Lead the preparation and review of investor-related communications, including annual reports and proxy statements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments affecting the capital markets.
- Act as the primary spokesperson for the company with the investment community.
Key Qualities:
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrate a deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and economic trends.
- Understanding the Tech Investment Landscape: Stay abreast of technological developments and their impact on the investment landscape.
- Good Listening and Good Presentation: Possess effective listening skills and the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and persuasively.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field (MBA preferred).
