Key responsibilities
- Execute administrative activities for employee life cycle changes (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, organizational changes, and data management).
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and memos based on business needs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update relevant systems and third parties.
- Provide guidance on global and local HR policies and procedures.
- Resolve employee and manager queries within agreed SLAs.
- Escalate complex cases to Rewards, HR Managers, or other stakeholders as needed.
- Support implementation of policy updates into transactional processes.
Job requirements
- University degree, preferably with 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in Polish and English; with a customer-service mindset.
- High attention to detail; ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage daily priorities, and adapt to change.
- High level of discretion, diplomacy, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Very good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Polish labor legislation or strong willingness to learn and develop in the HR domain and gain practical knowledge of labor law and personnel administration processes.
- Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment with various, challenging tasks; work experience in global structure company and international environment will be an asset.
- Availability to work from the office at least 3 days per week (office near the airport).
- Experience with HR systems and ticketing/workflow tools (e.g., ServiceNow, OWC or similar) will be an advantage.
