Job Summary
HR Customer Support Associate
Bengaluru(Bellunder) / Pune(Magarpatta)/Mumbai (Vikroli west) Location.
We are looking for an HR Customer Support Associate to provide high-quality support through calls, emails, and chats. This is an HR support role with customer support responsibilities, focusing on assisting candidates and resolving queries while ensuring 100% issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Shift & Work Schedule
- Shift: US Time Zones
- Work Week: Rotational (Mon–Fri / Tue–Sat / Wed–Sun)
- Flexible to work as per business requirements
Looking for freshers or experienced professionals who are genuinely interested in building a career in Voice Process / Customer Support. Candidates from any domain/background can apply if they have excellent communication skills and are passionate about customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats and log interactions accurately in the system
- Provide Tier 2 HR customer support and resolve candidate/customer queries effectively
- Support candidates with recruitment-related queries (fresh applicants & rehires)
- Guide customers on self-service portals and navigation support
- Follow standard escalation procedures for unresolved issues
- Ensure adherence to SLA targets, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
- Conduct security verifications in line with company policies and GDPR guidelines
- Make outbound calls when required
- Maintain and update process repositories such as DTPs, Knowledge Base, and SharePoint
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors for smooth process operations
- Maintain punctuality, attendance, and operational discipline
- Minimize customer complaints and escalations through effective customer handling
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Experience
- Freshers are welcome
- Prior international BPO / HR support experience preferred
