HR Manager Creative Agency Full-time

We're Hiring: HR (Creative Industry)Location: On-site

We're a growing production house transitioning into a full-fledged creative agency, and we're looking for someone who understands people, process, and creative teams.This is not a traditional HR role.You'll be working closely with the Founder and Ops to bring structure to hiring, build strong freelance networks, and create a healthy team environment.

What you'll do:Hire for creative roles like editors, producers, DOPsBuild and manage freelance talent poolsHandle onboarding, contracts, and HR operationsDrive simple but meaningful team engagementWork with tools and systems to keep things organized

What we're looking for:2-3+ years of HR experienceExperience in creative / media / agency environmentsStrong understanding of portfolio-based hiringComfortable with tools, systems, and fast-paced teamsBonus: exposure to AI tools in HR
