Human Resources Director

We are partnering with a growing, highly specialised manufacturing organisation to appoint an HR Director to lead the people agenda at a key Irish site.

This is a strategic, site-level leadership role, acting as a trusted partner to the Site General Manager and senior leadership team. You will play a critical role in shaping culture, driving engagement, and building leadership capability as the site continues its growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to drive a high-performance culture
• Lead culture and engagement strategy, including surveys and action planning
• Deliver leadership development, coaching managers
• Own and oversee employee relations, managing complex issues and ensuring fair, consistent practices
• Support and embed change management initiatives aligned to global programmes
• Act as the strategic P&C lead onsite, with one direct report managing day-to-day HR operations

About You

• Proven experience in a strategic HR/P&C leadership role within a manufacturing or operational environment
• Strong track record in culture transformation, engagement, and leadership development
• Confident managing employee relations and influencing at senior leadership level
• Comfortable challenging and advising senior stakeholders with credibility and gravitas
• Experienced in change management within a global organisation
• Highly independent, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
