Our client is a leading Irish organisation with a strong reputation across the agribusiness, retail, and food sectors. As the business continues to grow and evolve, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Specialist to join their HR team.

Competitive Salary: €45,000 - €50,000

Location: Finisklin Business Park, Sligo (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide HR advice and support across the full employee lifecycle
• Manage recruitment processes, from attraction through to onboarding
• Support employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes
• Ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant with Irish employment legislation and best practice
• Drive employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and internal communications
• Coordinate onboarding, induction, and employee development programmes
• Support talent development and succession planning initiatives
• Assist with HR systems, reporting, performance management, and time and attendance processes
• Contribute to wider HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

• Third-level qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation
• Experience supporting employee relations and performance management processes
• Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience using HR systems would be advantageous
