Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:Assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as filing, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee data.Update and maintain the HR database to ensure accuracy and completeness of employee information.Support recruitment activities including CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.Assist in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives to enhance company image as an attractive workplace.Manage and update company content on job portals and social media platform to support recruitment and branding efforts.Support the creation of content (photos, videos, copywriting) related to company culture, employee activities, and events.Support internal engagement programs (events, campaigns, CSR activities) to strengthen employee experience and company culture.Collaborate with internal teams to collect employee stories, testimonials, and engagement materials.Monitor and report the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives REQUIREMENTS:Final year student or recent graduate majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.Strong interest in Human Resources fieldExcellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and proactive.Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.Willing to work onsite
