Petuna is seeking an ICT Manager to lead our technology function and help drive the next phase of digital transformation across the business. Reporting to the Head of Commercial and Finance, you will ensure reliable, secure, and innovative ICT services that support our farming, factory, and corporate operations.

About the Role

As ICT Manager, you will provide leadership across Petuna's ICT environment. You will oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, business systems, managed service providers, projects and data initiatives while leading a small internal team and working closely with operational leaders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Petuna's ICT operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure secure, reliable, and resilient IT infrastructure and business systems.
• Drive cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity capability.
• Manage external ICT partners and service providers.
• Lead technology projects that improve business performance and operational efficiency.
• Support data, reporting and analytics initiatives that enable better business decisions.
• Partner with leaders across operations, finance and the wider Sealord Group.

About You

• Proven ICT leadership experience in a medium to large organisation.
• Strong technical knowledge across infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity and enterprise applications.
• Experience managing vendors and technology projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
