Job Description
We’re looking for a human, honest Office Manager to join our team.
Location
Loganholme HQ (with three national offices).
Responsibilities
You’ll work with the Managing Director, Bookkeeper, Receptionist, and other team members. Your duties include:
- Office management
- Financial administration and payroll oversight
- Onboarding administration for new employees
- IT support coordination via MSP
- Liaising with external accountants and IT support
- Reviewing financial reports
You will oversee all these functions, supported by the Receptionist, Bookkeeper, and external accountants.
Qualifications
- Commercial acumen
- Experience managing at least one other person
- Bookkeeping or finance admin experience
- Confidence using Xero
- Professionalism and discretion
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Experience in HR, office operations, onboarding, payroll, or IT coordination is a plus

- You have a background in bookkeeping, accounting or finance and become a Swiss‑Army knife of business administration.

- You prefer working in a founder‑led or family‑run business where decisions can be made quickly.

- You are humble and open to continuous learning.
