PT Multi Metalindo Murni (MMM) is expanding and looking for a driven Industry Sales Manager to develop and grow sales within specific industrial sectors. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales professional who enjoys both winning new customers and building long-term industrial relationships.

Key Responsibilities• Actively identify, approach, and acquire new customers within assigned industry segments• Develop and manage a pipeline of industrial accounts• Maintain and grow existing customers through regular on-site visits and technical-commercial discussions• Understand customer processes and propose value-based solutions• Coordinate internally with technical, production, and support teams• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback

? Requirements• Experience in B2B / industrial sales• Willing to travel up to 70% of the time for customer visits• Good physical condition and overall health, suitable for frequent site visits and industrial environments• Experience selling to industries such as smelters, power plants, waste-to-energy, steel, chemical, pulp & paper, or similar• Engineering background is a strong advantage• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills• Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined• English proficiency is an advantage
