We are looking for energetic, result-oriented Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team in Mumbai and support our Europe region. This role is responsible for the complete inside sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to qualifying opportunities, conducting sales discussions, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating with prospects, and closing deals while consistently achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Own the complete sales cycle from initial outreach through proposal discussions, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Prepare commercial proposals, follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing within approved guidelines, and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
- Identify and engage decision-makers including CISOs, CIOs, IT Heads, Security Managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business requirements and sales criteria.
- Schedule high-quality meetings and product demonstrations for the Sales team.
- Maintain accurate prospect information and activity records in the CRM.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while consistently achieving weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture opportunities through multiple touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Pre-Sales teams to maximize conversion.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, competitors, and market developments across the Europe region.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or B2B Software/SaaS Sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience selling B2B technology, SaaS, software, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong cold calling, email outreach, and prospecting skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Comfortable working with sales engagement and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills.
- Willingness to work according to European business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling cybersecurity or enterprise software solutions.
- Experience working with international customers, especially Europe or EMEA markets.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and B2B consultative selling.
