About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Supply lead - Inside Sales to drive procurement for
Speedioo. This role will be responsible for leading an inside sales team, owning
procurement targets and ensuring strong execution across the funnel (dial → connect
→ conversion).
This is a mid-senior execution role — ideal for someone who understands ground realities
of inside sales and can drive outcomes through a team.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
• Own and deliver monthly procurement targets for the city.
• Manage and drive performance of an inside sales team (8-10 members).
• Monitor and improve funnel metrics — dials, connects, schedule, conversions.
• Ensure defined KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Drive daily reviews, coaching, and performance management.
• Work closely with ops and field teams to ensure smooth closures.
Key Requirements
• 4-6 years of experience in inside sales.
• Currently managing a inside sales team of at least 5-6 members.
• Strong understanding of inside sales metrics (dial, connect, conversion).
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Highly execution-driven, target-oriented.
