Role
Relationship Manager - Institutional Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Strong Debt Market knowledge with solid Key Account Management and client servicing skills.
- Institutional Sales exposure preferred for new acquisitions and market intelligence.
- Drive sales with Institutional Clients and Distributors to grow AUM.
- Ensure channel partners achieve targets across all product categories with measurable SOW growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver value‑added solutions.
- Maintain high service standards, compliance, and operational integrity.
- Good industry networking for leads and insights.
- Strong hunting and farming skills to acquire and grow client relationships.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience within Asset Management, Family Offices, or Wealth Management companies.
Qualifications
- MBA (Finance)
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of financial concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for investors.
- Detail‑oriented, analytical, organized, and strong problem‑solver.
- Effective team collaboration skills.
