Junior Executive – Influencer Marketing

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram and other social platforms.
• Coordinate with creators for campaign execution, content approvals, and timely deliverables.
• Manage influencer communication, negotiations, and relationship building.
• Track campaign performance and maintain campaign reports.
• Ensure smooth execution of influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Support the team with creator research, database management, and campaign operations.

Requirements:

• 1–2 year of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of Instagram creator ecosystem and influencer trends.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
