Content & Branding Intern

We're Hiring: Content Creation & Brand Strategy Interns (2 Positions)!

Location: Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai (On-site)

Internship: Full-time | Paid (Stipend as per industry standards)

Commitment: Minimum 6 months

At OnProjects Agency, we help brands grow through high-performing social media content and performance marketing creatives. From scroll-stopping Instagram Reels to ad creatives that drive results, we create content that's both engaging and strategic.

We're looking for 2 enthusiastic interns who are curious, creative, and excited to learn the world of social media content creation, advertising creatives, and brand strategy. If you love spotting trends, thinking of content ideas, and want hands-on experience working on real campaigns, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting with content planning and ideation for multiple brands
• Researching social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates
• Shooting content for the client: products and services
• Creating basic social media creatives using Canva templates
• Supporting brand strategy and campaign brainstorming
• Exploring and using AI tools to improve content creation and productivity
• Coordinating with the team to execute marketing campaigns

We're looking for someone who:

• Loves social media and naturally keeps up with trends
• Has basic Canva skills (using templates, editing designs, etc.)
• Is curious about AI tools and excited to learn new ones
• Is creative, proactive, and comfortable sharing ideas
• Has good communication and organizational skills
• Is open to feedback and eager to grow in a fast-paced agency environment
• Can commit to the internship for at least 6 months

Bonus if you:

• Have created content for your own page, college projects, or freelance work
• Have basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Enjoy experimenting with new apps, AI tools, and creative formats
