Key Responsibilities:Macro Business Analysis: Competitor and Category Market Analysis.Identify potential opportunities to accelerating business growth for total eCommerce channel.Determine the right product portfolio and investment plan for each platform.Collaborate with Channel Category Development team to determine the right price and promotion for total eCommerce and C2C Channel.Collaborate with Brand and Digital Marketing team to determine marketing investment plan for eCommerce.Business Forecast: Based on strategy and promotion plan to build product forecast to increase fulfillment and reduce dead stock.Build activity and strategy to focus in increasing the total market share for K-C Softex in eCommerce.Gross Margin Management. Key Requirements:Bachelor Degree's with any related field.Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in Business Development team.Able to communicate and implement a company's strategy internally and externally to carry out company's overall goals.Able to think strategically to help to seller to grow.Good in maintaining relationship with the sellers.Good in making report and data.Able to work with several department to ensure business goals area achieved.Fluent in English both oral and written.Willing to travel for business needs and to be placed in Head Office - South Tangerang, BSD.
