About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage strategic client relationships across the Crypto, Broking and Finance ecosystem.

This role sits at the center of client success, campaign execution and business growth. You'll own key client accounts, work closely with internal sales, strategy and creator teams, ensure seamless campaign delivery and identify opportunities to grow existing relationships.

Candidates who have managed Crypto, Broking or Finance brands will be highly preferred.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end client relationships for key Finance & Broking accounts

• Understand client objectives and convert them into successful influencer campaigns

• Coordinate with Strategy, Creator Partnerships and Operations teams

• Ensure timely campaign execution and delivery

• Present campaign updates, reports and recommendations

• Drive client satisfaction, retention and long-term partnerships

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing accounts

• Act as the primary point of contact throughout campaign lifecycle

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• 2-6 years of Account Management experience
• Experience managing Finance, Broking or Crypto clients
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing campaigns
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously

Preferred

• Worked directly with a Crypto/Broking brand
• OR handled Finance clients while working at an influencer marketing agency
• Experience working with high-growth startups
