The Role
You'll own social media strategy and execution for our premium D2C brands in beauty, wellness, and lifestyle. You're not just posting content, you're building community, analysing performance, and constantly evolving strategy based on data and trends.
What you'll do:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop overall social media strategy and monthly content calendars for each client. Ideate IP/series ideas that are viral-worthy and on-brand.
- Content & Community: Write compelling copy, manage UGC and community. You'll work with our content creators and designers to bring ideas to life.
- Execution: Brief and coordinate shoots with the team. Ensure consistent visual language and brand voice across all platforms.
- Analysis & Optimization: Monthly reporting on performance metrics, identify what's working, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
- Trends & Learning: Stay updated on platform changes, new features, and social trends. Propose new formats and platforms when relevant.
- You'll also: Be comfortable shooting content yourself. Help with shoots, styling, and on-brand execution.

Experience Required:
- 2-3 years managing social media for brands (beauty, lifestyle, or similar industries preferred)
- Proven track record of growing accounts and driving engagement
- Understanding of how social media drives business outcomes
Skills Required:
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling
- Data analysis: Can read analytics and translate them into actionable insights
- Multi-tasking: Managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Comfortable with all platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter/X
- Up-to-date with current trends and platform capabilities
Must-Have Mindset:
- Enthusiastic and proactive (we don't micromanage here)
- Open to learning constantly (trends, platforms, tools, formats)
- Curious: Asks "why" and questions strategy
- Comfortable shooting content yourself
- Self-starter who identifies gaps and fills them without being asked
- Collaborative: Works well with founders, team members, and cross-functional partners
