Leads: 2–5 Copywriters/Interns
Collaborates With: Art Directors, Designers, Strategy, SEO, and Account Teams
The Senior Copy & Content Writer is the creative anchor for brand storytelling, shaping the words, tone, and voice that define campaigns across channels. This role calls for a writer-strategist hybrid who can conceptualize, write, review, and guide digital-first content that performs as well as it persuades. You’ll own the language of multiple brands, mentor a small team of writers, and ensure every line reflects clarity, creativity, and measurable impact.
- Lead ideation and content strategy for campaigns, films, social media, websites, and long-form brand narratives.
- Translate briefs into powerful copy platforms that align with brand objectives and creative direction.
- Collaborate with art, design, and strategy teams to develop integrated creative concepts.
- Oversee storytelling consistency across campaigns, ensuring tone, grammar, and brand alignment.
- Write and edit across all content formats:
- Long-form: blogs, web pages, whitepapers, and articles.
- Mid-form: emailers, case studies, and landing pages.
- Short-form: social captions, headlines, scripts, and ads.
- Integrate SEO principles into content architecture, keyword mapping, metadata, readability optimization.
- Review all copy outputs to maintain creative excellence and strategic relevance.
- Supervise junior copywriters, providing feedback, training, and quality control.
- Review team work before delivery, ensuring it meets client and agency standards.
- Conduct creative review sessions, fostering idea development and collaborative learning.
- Employ GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Midjourney) for ideation, tone calibration, and workflow optimization.
- Lead experimentation with AI-enabled storytelling, personalization, and productivity solutions.
- Encourage adoption of new writing technologies and digital formats within the team.
- Present creative ideas and scripts confidently to internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with account and strategy teams to interpret client goals into actionable creative directions.
- Participate in new business pitches and brand onboarding projects.

- Certification in content marketing, SEO, or creative writing.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or Advertising.
- 6–8 years of agency-side copywriting experience across digital and integrated campaigns.
- Proven portfolio of creative work that demonstrates storytelling and strategy.
