We're looking for a Social Media Account Executive / Client Servicing (Creative) for our FMCG vertical who can act as the bridge between our clients and our creative team.
This is an execution-first role. You'll be responsible for understanding client objectives, translating them into clear creative briefs, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, and building strong client relationships. - Manage day-to-day communication with assigned FMCG clients.
- Understand client objectives and convert them into clear, actionable creative briefs.
- Coordinate with content, design, strategy, production and performance teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Track projects, timelines, approvals, and deliverables across multiple accounts.
- Review creative work before client presentations to ensure it aligns with the brief and brand guidelines.
- Prepare meeting notes, presentations, reports, and campaign updates.
- Monitor campaign performance alongside the strategy team and identify areas for improvement.
- Support budgeting, estimates, invoicing, and account documentation.
- Identify opportunities to grow client relationships through additional services and campaigns.
- Maintain high standards of communication, organization, and client satisfaction.
- 2+ years of experience in an advertising, digital, or creative agency.
- Experience working with FMCG or consumer brands is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client servicing and account management experience.
- Ability to understand creative strategy and communicate it effectively to internal teams.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content marketing, and campaign planning.
- Experience with project management tools and presentation software is a plus.
- Work on exciting brands across FMCG, lifestyle, fashion, and food.
