L&D Content Development - Instructional Designer
BOTS.ai
Job Description
Company Description BOTS.AI is India's first full-stack AI transformation practice. While most of the market is still running awareness sessions and pilots that never reach production, BOTS.AI is already inside enterprises, rebuilding how work actually gets done. It runs on a single framework - Build, Operate, Train, Structure, and does in one relationship what most firms would have you stitch together from five vendors.
- Learning & Development - makes an entire workforce fluent and safe with AI
- AI Consulting - Diagnoses and redesigns the workflows that quietly drain time
- AI Agents - Builds custom agents that carry real work, from screening and onboarding queries to policy lookups and reporting
- BOTS.AI School of Trainers - India's first train-the-trainer certification programme in AI
BOTS.AI is built by HR Anexi, which has spent 18 years shaping how India's leading organisations are built, transforming 700+ companies across 60+ industries. That depth in people, behaviour, and operating-model design now powers the hardest part of the AI shift, the human side, where roughly 70% of AI value is won or lost. The trainers are AI solution architects and LLM experts, and BOTS.AI partners with just one organisation per sector, so your AI edge is never shared with a competitor.
The proof shows up on the P&L: 3 to 5x throughput per team and measurable gains in cost, speed, and quality.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an L&D Content Development - Instructional Designer (ID) with 3 to 6 years experience. The role involves designing and developing learning content, instructional materials, and curricula for training and development programs across BOTS.AI by HR Anexi’s client engagements.
