About You
We're looking for a Video & Content Intern to join our Creative team. You'll be shooting, editing, and producing short-form and long-form video content for Kayana's brand channels — content that reaches real audiences from day one.
This isn't an edit-only role. You'll be involved in content direction, ideation, and the thinking behind what we make — contributing ideas, supporting on shoots, and helping shape how Kayana shows up on video. You'll work closely with the Creative Lead, Content Lead, and our Content & Social executive to bring the monthly calendar to life.
Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit short-form video content for social media — Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts —for Kayana's brand channels
- Support with longer-form video including product demos, brand films, and customer story cuts
- Assist with on-location filming at events, client sites, and in-studio shoots when required
- Edit footage using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut — adding captions, music, transitions, and motion elements suited to each platform
- Work with the Content Lead and Content & Social executive to align video output to the monthly content calendar
- Contribute to content ideation — bringing fresh ideas for video formats, trends, and storytelling angles
- Support with content direction on shoots — helping with framing, pacing, and making sure the brief lands on camera
- Repurpose long-form video into short-form clips and platform-specific cuts
- Assist with thumbnail design and video cover images
- Keep raw footage and exported assets organized and easy for the team to access
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Film Production, Media, Content Creation, or a related field
- Confident behind the camera and in the edit — you have work you're proud to share
- Proficient in at least one editing tool: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
- You understand what makes video perform on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Creative and trend-aware — you're always noticing what's cutting through
- Collaborative and responsive — comfortable taking direction on shoots and working as part of a team
- Organized enough to manage footage, project files, and deadlines without things getting lost
- Basic motion graphics or After Effects skills are a bonus
Why Join Us?
At Kayana, you’ll be part of a fast-growing global company where your contributions will make a direct impact.
What we offer:
- Hands-on experience producing content for a live brand — your work will reach real audiences
- Direct mentorship from the Creative Lead and Head of Marketing
- Involvement in shoots, campaign planning, and content direction — not just desk editing
- Exposure to marketing strategy, brand storytelling, and content operations
- Flexible working with a collaborative, global team across the UK and Mumbai
- Internship certificate and a strong professional reference upon completion
