About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Lab Sales Executive to join our team. This role will focus on promoting and selling laboratory services to corporate clients, clinics, doctors, and walk-in patients, while building strong relationships to achieve sales targets and support the growth of Siloam Hospitals Group.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities for laboratory services.Manage and maintain relationships with corporate clients, referral doctors, and clinics.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Conduct presentations and negotiations with potential clients.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operational flow.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Health Sciences, or related field.Minimum 2-4 years of experience in healthcare sales, preferably laboratory or hospital services.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.Willing to travel for client visits and business development.
