Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation & Cold Calling Executive to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in cold calling, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients through research, networking, and various online platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and activities in CRM.
- Understand customer requirements and position company services effectively.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Good internet research and prospecting skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle objections professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, telesales, business development, or inside sales.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or similar lead generation tools is an added advantage.
