Job Description
Role Purpose
To drive data-led marketing decision-making by integrating customer insights, brand health tracking, campaign analytics, and business performance measurement. The role will be responsible for translating data into actionable insights that improve marketing effectiveness and demonstrate impact on business outcomes.

- k.Lead customer research, segmentation, journey analysis, and insight generation to inform strategy and communicatio
- n.Manage brand health measurement, including awareness, consideration, preference, and advocacy metric
- s.Establish a robust marketing measurement framework linking campaign performance to business outcome
- s.Analyze the impact of campaigns, creatives, channels, and media investments on top-of-funnel metrics such as reach, awareness, engagement, and consideratio
- n.Track the conversion of marketing initiatives into downstream metrics including leads, acquisitions, activation, revenue, and portfolio growt
- h.Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide a single view of marketing effectivenes
- s.Partner with Brand, Media, Digital, Product, and Business teams to generate actionable recommendation
- s.Drive market research studies, consumer panels, campaign evaluations, and competitive intelligence program
- s.Build attribution and marketing ROI frameworks to optimize investments across channel

Ideal Candidate Prof
- ile10–15 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Consumer Insights, Research, Business Intelligence, or Data Strate
- gy.Experience in banking, financial services, telecom, consumer goods, retail, consulting, or digital business
