We work with corporates across India to help employees improve their financial wellbeing through solutions like Corporate NPS, Investments, Insurance and Financial Education.

We're looking for energetic graduates and management students who want to build a career in Corporate Sales, HRTech and FinTech.

What You'll Do

• Connect with HR professionals and corporate decision-makers.
• Introduce Floatr's employee benefit solutions.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
• Build relationships with HR, Payroll and Business leaders.
• Research companies and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with the founders on strategic initiatives.
• Participate in HR events, webinars and corporate meetings.
• Learn consultative B2B sales and corporate relationship management.
• The role will require you to travel and meet prospects as and when needed

Who Should Apply

• Graduate or pursuing/completed MBA, BBA, BBM, PGDM or other Management programmes.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident communicator with good presentation skills.
• Comfortable speaking to senior professionals over phone, email and .
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and willing to take ownership.
• Passionate about startups, business development and client relationships.

Compensation

• Fixed stipend
