Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented sales professional to drive business growth across India by developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering integrated security solutions. The role involves managing the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation and customer engagement to tender participation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and project closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development for Integrated Security Solutions across assigned territories and verticals.
- Develop business opportunities with Government, Defence, Airports, Oil & Gas, Power, Utilities, Smart Cities, Industrial, and Enterprise customers.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, system integrators, and key decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, customer meetings, presentations, techno-commercial proposals, negotiations, and order closure.
- Participate in RFPs, tenders, pre-bid meetings, and prepare compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with presales, engineering, and OEM teams to develop optimized technical solutions.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer engagement programs.
- Achieve sales targets, maintain CRM updates, and submit periodic sales forecasts and business reports.
Preferred Competencies
- 8+ years of B2B/Enterprise sales experience in Integrated Security, ELV, CCTV, PIDS, Networking, or Homeland Security solutions.
- Strong understanding of CCTV, PIDS, Access Control, VMS, ICCC, Networking, and integrated security systems.
- Experience in Government, PSU, Defence, Airport, Industrial, and Critical Infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to prepare techno-commercial proposals and handle complex solution-based sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
