Job Description
Core Responsibilities:Create manufacturing process sequence, from receipt of raw materials till finished parts shipment.Develop new processes solid modeling and create/update work instructions, in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.Create CNC code/program for machiningDesign toolings, fixtures and gauges.Develop special processes such as Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Shotpeening and Welding etc.Conduct pre-production pilot run and training for associates.Provide technical support to Operations to achieve technical and quality requirements.Support continuous improvement projectsSupport Request for Quote (RFQ) proposal development and processTroubleshoot machines and processes.Multi-task engineering-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:At least 3 years’ experience in precision engineering/aerospace component manufacturing or mass manufacturing. Competent with CAD software; Siemens NX Unigraphics preferred.Solid experience in CNC machining (Milling / Turning) and programming using CAD/CAM, including understanding of manufacturing technology.Good knowledge of tool and fixture design.Proficient at reading, analyzing, and interpreting customer drawings, specifications, procedures, and standards.Good understanding of special processes such as Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Shotpeening and Welding etc.Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills, with good interpersonal and communication abilities.Good team player and able to work with various functions.
Education Requirements:Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Aeronautical/Material Engineering.
