About the Role
The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the Manager of Communication and Marketing with content creation, event promotion, and administrative tasks to support the marketing function’s role in achieving CS#1’s strategic and operational goals.
- Support the production of marketing materials that effectively deliver CS#1’s messages to the public and the media.
- Promote and support CS#1 events by assisting with the planning and overseeing the delivery of activities, including event attendance, assisting with photographic documentation, and providing guidance to event volunteers.
- Maintain accurate records, including photo and media documentation libraries, whilst adhering to ethical privacy and confidentiality principles.
About you
- Current or working towards Certificate IV qualification in relevant fields such as Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Graphic Design or relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience working as part of a team to successfully deliver communication, marketing and/or fundraising campaigns and events.
- Excellent communication and written skills, strong attention to detail and up-to-date, results-driven social media proficiency.
- ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card.
- Current Driver Licence and Car (Desirable).
- Available to work: 45.6 hours fortnightly (3 days a week, dates negotiated). The position is Fixed-Term until 19 December 2025, with potential to be ongoing.
