As a growing college, effective communication, community engagement and strategic marketing play a critical role in supporting enrolment growth, strengthening relationships and promoting the mission and identity of the college. The Marketing & Communications Officer contributes to the development and delivery of the college’s marketing, communications and community engagement initiatives.
The role produces high‑quality, strategic and creative communication that promotes and protects the college’s reputation, strengthens community connection and supports enrolment growth. Working with a high degree of professional autonomy, the position plans, coordinates and delivers communication and marketing activities, manages competing priorities and adapts approaches in response to emerging needs and opportunities. Through the application of professional judgement, creativity and initiative, the role ensures communication is consistent, engaging and aligned with the mission, values and strategic priorities of the college.
The position contributes to the college’s visibility, reputation and long‑term sustainability through effective storytelling, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.
Your day will look like:
- Creating content for social media, the website, newsletters and marketing campaigns.
- Showcasing college events, achievements and community stories.
- Engaging with staff, families and prospective families to strengthen connections.
- Coordinating publications, digital communications and enrolment promotions.
- Monitoring campaign results and identifying opportunities to grow engagement.
