We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in copywriting, digital marketing, and social media management. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive growth across multiple channels including email, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

Salary:SGD3800-4500 a month (depending on experience)Please refrain from applying if your expected salary exceeds the stated range.

Key Responsibilities:Copywriting:Develop compelling, clear, and engaging content for various marketing materials including website content, social media posts, and email campaigns.Craft persuasive copy that aligns with brand voice and effectively communicates our value proposition to target audiences.Email Marketing:Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive conversions.Segment email lists based on audience insights and customize messaging to enhance engagement and improve open/click-through rates.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.Social Media Management:Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that resonates with our audience and aligns with overall marketing goals.Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build a strong community.Digital Marketing:Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including search engines, display ads, and social media ads.Collaborate with the design team to produce eye-catching visuals for online promotions and campaigns.Track and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing insights to optimize future campaigns.Campaign Management:Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels.Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.Use data and insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:3 or more years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and experience with email marketing platforms Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and their respective advertising tools.Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).Knowledge of paid advertising strategies across social media and search engines.
